My PL regression session with Ginger was the first time I had ever attempted anything like this. I was nervous. I had never been hypnotized before, and was not even sure I believed in past lives. From the very beginning of our aquaintance, Ginger was patient, understanding and informative.  She made me feel comfortable and safe during the entire process.

Feeling like a relaxed, guided meditation, the process quickly began to open my creative mind. I felt as if I was very much in control of my thoughts and memories. Then, slowly, I began to feel as if I was dreaming. Without controlling the direction of the things I was envisioning and remembering, I saw things with greater clarity than I ever do in dreams, with a overwhelming sense of common knowledge of everything that was occuring in the vision, even things I was not being shown. (This is very hard to explain without experiencing it, but it is comforting, not scary at all.)  Physically, it made me feel as if my body was asleep, while my mind was VERY much awake and aware. During the process I was always very aware of where I was and that Ginger's voice was there with me the whole way, but the familiarity of the vision allowed me to want to let go and allow it to guide me. 

My experience was very detailed and emotionally intense, very exciting and  unexpectedly comforting. Nothing was frightening about it, because everything was accutely familiar to me. It was an invaluable experience, answering questions that I had about my life and love..giving opportunity to heal my spirit, solidifying bonds and helping to create new ones.
